Creditors, beneficiaries and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on or about 18 August 2023 are required by the executor Mr Kevin Rowe to send particulars of their claims to Wallmans Lawyers GPO Box 1018 Adelaide 5001 within 28 days of the date of publication hereof after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims or perceived entitlements of which the executor then have notice. Notice is also hereby given that all persons who are indebted to the estate are required to pay the amount of their debt to the undersigned or proceedings will be taken for the recovery thereof. All persons having any property belonging to the said estate are forthwith to deliver the same to Wallmans Lawyers.
