NOTICE TO CREDITORS AND CLAIMANTS
WALTRAUD ELSBETH FISCHER late of 27 Jasper Street, Salisbury East SA 5109 who died on or about 21 June 2024 all creditors, beneficiaries and other persons having claims (to which Section 29 of the Trustee Act 1936 relates), against the above estate are required to send in writing to the executor of Waltraud Elsbeth Fischer, Andersons Solicitors GPO Box 468 Adelaide SA 5001 full particulars and proof of such claims within twenty eight (28) days of the date of publication hereof, after which date the executor will proceed to distribute the estate among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims of which the executor then has notice.
