All creditors, beneficiaries and other persons having claims pursuant to Section 29 of the Trustee Act 1936, the Succession Act 2023 and the Family Relationships Act 1975 against the above estate are required to send in writing to the executor of GERALD ALAN HAWKINS, Australian Executor Trustees Limited, Level 14, 45 Pirie Street Adelaide 5000 full particulars and proof of such claims within twenty eight (28) days of the date of publication hereof, after which date the executor will proceed to distribute the estate among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims of which the executor then has notice.
