CREDITORS, next of kin and others having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, SYLVESTER JANOS KROYHERR, who died on 14 October 2023 are required by the Executor, Anthony Maher to send particulars of such claims to the Executor c/- BLUE ROCK LAW (MELB) PTY LTD of Level 2, 525 Collins Street, Melbourne, Victoria, 3000 by 30 September 2024, after which date the Executor intends to convey or distribute the assets of the estate having regard only to the claims of which the executor may have notice.
