Road, Mount Lofty, in the State of Queensland who died on 27 March 2024.
Any creditor, beneficiary or other person who has a claim on the estate of the
deceased, is required to send particulars of that claim to the solicitors for the
Administrator named below with six (6) weeks of the date of this Notice. At the
end of that period, the Administrator will distribute the assets of the deceased
among the persons entitled to them. In doing so and relying on s.67 of the Trust
Act 1973, the Administrator will have regard only to the claims which have been
notified to the Administrators.
