Any person having any claim whether as creditor or beneficiary or otherwise, in the estate of CHRISTOPHER DAVID BERRY RODGERS late of 10/33 Hopetoun Street, Ascot, Queensland, Deceased, who died on 27 March 2023, must send particulars of the person’s claim to the Administrator’s Solicitors (identified below) within 6 weeks from the date of publication of this Notice, after which date, pursuant to s.67 of the Trusts Act 1973, the Administrator will distribute the estate of the deceased having regard only to the claims of which the Administrator has notice.
