NOTICE TO CREDITORS AND CLAIMANTS Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the late Bevan John Ireland of 2/6 Mildren Avenue, Port Broughton in the state of South Australia who died on 1 September 2024, are required by the executor of the estate namely ANTONIO MARCO CILFONE, c- Chapell & Associates, Unit 6, 63 Shepperton Road Victoria Park in the state of Western Australia, to send particulars of their claims to the executor within one (1) month from the date of publication of this notice hereof after which date the executor may convey or distribute assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
