Creditors, next of kin and others having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on the 13TH day of October 2024 are required by the Executors, Noel Ronald Newnham and Sue Ellen Adams to send particulars of such claims to them care of the undermentioned solicitors by the 2nd May 2025 after which date the Executors may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
