JOHN DUNCAN CHISHOLM late of 6 Careleon Court, Eaglemont, Victoria, deceased. Creditors, next of kin and others having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on the 26th day of June 2024 are required by the Executor, Gwenda May Chisholm to send particulars of such claims to her care of the undermentioned solicitors by the 2nd May 2025 after which date the Executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
