Any person having any claim whether as creditor or beneficiary or otherwise, in the estate of HEATHER MARIE SIMPSON of 48 Sixth Street, Kedron in the State of Queensland, Deceased, who died between 16 March 2025 and 20 March 2024, must send particulars of the person’s claim to the Administrator’s Solicitors (identified below) within 6 weeks from the date of publication of this Notice, after which date, pursuant to s.67 of the Trusts Act 1973, the Administrator will distribute the estate of the deceased having regard only to the claims of which the Administrator has notice.
