Would any person having any claim, whether as creditor or beneficiary or otherwise, in the estate of JOHN DOUGLAS WORTHINGTON late of 27/2539 Gold Coast Highway, Mermaid Beach, Queensland, deceased, send in particulars of their claim to PATRICIA MARIE TRASS and MICHAEL GEORGE WORTHINGTON, the Administrators of the estate, at 29 Kempthorne Crescent, Mission Bay, Auckland, New Zealand within six weeks from the date hereof, at the expiration of which time, pursuant to s 67 of the Trusts Act 1973, the Administrators will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims of which the Administrators shall then have had notice.
