All creditors, beneficiaries and others having claims (to which Section 29 of the Trustee Act 1936 relates) against the Estate of Barbara Joan Morley, late of Reynella Hillside Care Community, 7 Railway Terrace, Old Reynella, Adelaide, 5161 in the State of South Australia, who died on 7th December 2024, are required to send in writing full particulars with proof of such claims to the Executor Mary Peckett, 17 Cleveland Drive, Hoppers Crossing, Victoria 3029 by 9th February 2025 after which date the executor will proceed to distribute the estate of the deceased having regard only to the claims of which the executor then has notice.
