Any creditor, beneficiary or other person having any claim against the estate of OMAR SAFWAT ELKATEB late of 65/35-39 Fontenoy Road, Macquarie Park in the State of NSW, who died on 11 May 2023 must send particulars of their claim to the Executor’s Solicitors (identified below) not later than the date which is six (6) weeks after the date of publication of this Notice, after which date, pursuant to s.67 of the Trusts Act 1973, the Executor will distribute the Estate of the Deceased having regard only to the claims of which the Executor has notice.
