proceeding against you in the Northern Territory Civil and Administrative
Tribunal (‘NTCAT’); 2) NTCAT has ordered that publication of this notice
shall be sufficient service on you of the initiating application; 3) a copy of
the initiating application may be obtained by contacting the Applicant; 4) if
you do not take part in the NTCAT proceedings, orders may be made
against you in your absence.
