NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2024
Members are advised that the AGM for the ALRM will be held on:
Friday 29th November, 2024 at 10am
The Irish Club 12-15 Carrington street Adelaide 5000
The business of the AGM will be:
- To confirm the minutes of the last AGM
- To receive from the Directors, Auditor and Senior staff of the company, reports upon the transactions during the preceding financial year 2023-2024, including the Auditor’s income and expenditure statements, balance sheet and the state of affairs at the EOFY
- To declare as appointed Director, those members who have previously been appointed to serve as Director since the last AGM
- To review the performance of the Directors
- To appoint Auditors
