In accordance with the Society’s Rules, notice is given to all Subscribers that See Differently’s 139th Annual General Meeting will be held at 4pm in the Barry Clarke Boardroom, 212 Pirie Street, Adelaide on Monday 25 November 2024.

3. To adopt the report of the Board as at 30 June 2024.
4. To adopt the annual accounts as at 30 June 2024.
5. To elect Board Members and Office Holders.
6. To appoint an Auditor.
7. To consider any other business for which two days written notice has been given.
There are three positions on the Board of Management to be filled, one of which is a casual vacancy. The Board term for the following individuals is expiring and they are eligible under Rules 13.6 and 13.8 for re-election. Each person offers themselves for re-election:

Mr Robert Ewart
Nominations on the required form must be received by the Returning Officer on Friday 1 November 2024 by 5pm. Details of eligibility and the process to nominate are available by contacting the Executive Director’s Office 1300 944... . If more than the required nominations are received a ballot will be held at the AGM.
