ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND ELECTIONS
Notice is hereby given to all members of the Glenelg Footballers’ Club (the Club) pursuant to Clause 15.1 of the Constitution (Constitution) that the 2024 Annual General Meeting of the Club will be held at 7:30pm on Monday, 24th February 2025 at the Glenelg Football Club, Brighton Road, Glenelg.

Two (2) positions on the Board of Directors of the Club will be vacant. Nominations to fill these positions are invited. Current Board of Director, Peter Carey, will nominate for re-election on the Board of Directors.
To be eligible for a position on the Board of Directors, nominations must be signed by two (2) members of the Club that are entitled to vote at the Annual General Meeting pursuant to Clause 10.3 of the Constitution.
Nominations must be made on the official form available at the Club office located at Brighton Road, Glenelg.
Nominations must be returned to the Chief Executive Officer by no later than 5pm on Wednesday 8th January 2025 (closing time).
In accordance with Clause 10.4 of the Constitution if the number of candidates nominated equal to or less than the vacancies to be filled, the President at the Annual General Meeting will declare such candidates as duly elected.
