Annual General Meeting

Notice is given that the AGM of members of the Hobart Friendly Society Dispensary Ltd will be held at second floor, Friendly Care Advantage Pharmacy, 103 Liverpool St.(entry from Criterion St.) Hobart on Thursday ,28 November 2024 at 5.30 pm.
Business:
To consider and if thought fit pass as ordinary resolutions:
1.To receive and consider the financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2024 and the related reports of the directors and auditors.
2.To elect one director. One vacancy exists on the Board of directors due to the rotation provisions of the company’s constitution. Mr James Hawson retiring director offers himself for re-election to the Board. In the absence of other nominations he will be reappointed as a director.
3.To set the maximum amount payable to the Board of Directors. In accordance with clause 9.4 of the constitution the directors recommend that the maximum fees as set at the previous AGM be unchanged.
4.Crow Audit Australia’s appointment as auditor to be confirmed.
5.General – to transact any business which may be lawfully brought forward.
