Notice is hereby given to all Members pursuant to the Constitution and Rules of the Club that the Annual General Meeting will be held on Friday 7th of February, 2025 commencing at 11:00am at The Precinct at Alberton (Cnr Brougham Place and Queen Street, Alberton SA 5014) in the Bob McLean Room.
Under the Constitution and Rules, two current Directors, Mr Grantley Stevens and Mr David Judd, are due to retire in 2025, with two directors required to be appointed for a 3-year period as follows:
- Category A (Port Adelaide Football Club Nominees)
Mr Grantley Stevens who offers himself for re-election for three years as a Category A Director, as approved by the Board of the Port Adelaide Football Club.
- Category B (Member Nominees)
The Club is seeking nominations for a Category B Director subject to approval by the Board of the Port Adelaide Football Club.
Mr David Judd will be retiring as director and will not be seeking re-election. The Board thanks Mr David Judd for over 40 years of service with both the Port Adelaide Football Club and the Port Adelaide Football and Community Club.
Nominations from members are invited for the following office bearers:
- Club Auditor
One auditor required for a one-year term. Current auditors BDO Australia have offered themselves for re-election.
