Artefact Heritage and Environment on behalf of Bradfield Corporation Pty Ltd (the proponent) is undertaking an Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Assessment Report (ACHAR) for the proposed development at 135 Badgerys Creek Road, Bradfield (Lot 7 DP 243457) (the study area). The proposal has been declared State Significant Development (SSD) (SSD–
7745...
) under the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 and Secretary’s Environmental Assessment Requirements (SEARs) were issued on 30 January 2025. An Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Assessment Report (ACHAR) will be prepared for the proposal in accordance with the SEARs. The purpose of this community consultation is to inform the development of an ACHAR to include in the Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the project.
The proponent would like to consult with any Aboriginal persons or organisations that hold cultural knowledge relevant to determining the significance of Aboriginal objects and places in the Liverpool Local Government Area (LGA). Interested parties should register in writing, providing their name, address, email, phone number and information on their connection to the area. Please note that the Consultation Guidelines requires us to provide details of the Registered Aboriginal Parties to Heritage NSW and the Gandangarra Local Aboriginal Land Council (LALC).
