- To confirm the Minutes of the last AGM
- To receive the financial accounts for the year ended 31/7/24
- To elect/re-elect three members of the Club committee, Stephen Lockley, Graeme Barber & Jake French retire and are eligible for re-election.
- To appoint an auditor
- To set member's subscriptions for 2025/2026
- To receive any special or general business
