Laser Dermatology wishes to inform its patients that its practice has joined LD Dermatology Services Pty Ltd (ACN 681 267 265), a wholly owned subsidiary of DermCo Pty Ltd. DermCo is a doctor-owned and doctor-led network of dermatology practices across Australia. The sale will be completed on or before 31 October 2024.

All health information held by Laser Dermatology will be transferred to LD Dermatology Services Pty Ltd, where the same doctors will continue to provide services from its existing offices, ensuring no disruption in care.

This notice is provided in accordance with Principle 10 of Schedule 1 (The Health Privacy Principles) of the Health Records Act 2001 (Victoria).
