The Annual General Meeting of Workskills Incorporated will be held at 6b Lampton Avenue, Derwent Park at 5.00pm on Wednesday 30th October 2024
The purpose of the meeting is to:
● Confirm the minutes of the last AGM in 2023
● Receive a report from the Chairman on the activities of the Association for the preceding financial year
● Receive the Treasurer’s report and the Auditor’s opinion on that report
● Elect the members of the Association’s Board of Management
● Appoint a qualified Auditor for the ensuing financial year
● Transact any special business provided with the notice of meeting.
