In accordance with Section 249(7) of the Local Government Act 1999, the City of Tea Tree Gully gives notice of the making of the following By-law at its meeting of 8 April 2025.
Cats By-law 2024
For the management and control of cats within the Council’s area.
In accordance with Section 249(5) of the Local Government Act 1999, the above By-law comes into operation on 17 August 2025.
Copies of the By-law are available for inspection at the Council’s offices, 571 Montague Road, Modbury SA 5092 during ordinary office hours (9:00am to 5:00pm). Alternatively, they can be accessed on Council’s website https://www.teatreegully.sa.gov.au
