Notice is given in accordance with Section 13A of the Mining Act 1992 and clauses 15 and 89K of the Mining Regulation 2016 that exploration licence application number 6787 (Act 1992) for mineral group 1 has been lodged with the Department of Regional NSW by Strategic Commodities Pty Ltd, ACN 641 711 695, over an area of about 4 units (12 km2 which is located about approximately 40km west of Kempsey on the Mid-North Coast of NSW, as described on the plan below.
