GENERAL MEETING OF CAMDEN PRE-SCHOOL KINDERGARTEN CO-OPERATIVE LIMITED

A general meeting of Camden Pre-school Kindergarten Co-operative Limited
is to be held on Tuesday December 10th at 2A Lowe Crescent Elderslie, NSW2570.

The purpose of the meeting is to consider the following motions:

1. That Camden Pre-school Kindergarten Co-operative Limited
transfer from a non-distributing co-operative with share capital to a non-distributing co-operative without share capital pursuant to s35 of the Co-operatives National Law.
If the proposal in point 1 is approved:

2. That Camden Pre-school Kindergarten Co-operative Limited
transfer from a non-distributing co-operative with share capital to a non-distributing co-operative without share capital pursuant to s35 of the Co-operatives National Law.
3. That the share capital of Camden Pre-school Kindergarten Co-operative Limited be retained by Camden Pre-school Kindergarten Co-operative Limited.
4. That Camden Pre-school Kindergarten Co-operative Limited transfers the Co-operative’s registration to an association under the Associations Incorporation Act 2009 (the Act) pursuant to s404 of the Co-operatives National Law.
5. That the Board be authorised to make an application for transfer of the Co-operative under s403 of the Co-operatives National Law.
6. That Camden Pre-school Kindergarten Co-operative Limited changes its name to Camden Pre-school Kindergarten Inc.
7. That the following be adopted as the objects for Camden Pre-school Kindergarten Co-operative Limited
“To operate an inclusive community based not-for-profit preschool that offers high-quality early childhood education and care for children of the Camden Preschool community, fostering their cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.

To raise funds to augment government funding and fees charged where necessary.

To actively involve parents and caregivers in the management of the preschool and promote strong partnerships with families and the broader community to enhance the learning experience of the children.

To ensure that the preschool is as accessible and affordable to all families in the community within the constraints of its funding

To advocate for the importance of early childhood education and take a leadership role in the local community and the early childhood sector where possible.”

8. That Camden Pre-school Kindergarten Inc., adopt the Model Constitution under the Associations Incorporation Act 2009 as its constitution with the above objects.
9. That The Preschool Director be appointed as the Public Officer of Camden Pre-school Kindergarten Inc.
