Proposed Amendments to the Internal Reserve Community Land Management Plans at Colonel Light Gardens
Notice is hereby given that the City of Mitcham proposes pursuant to Section 197 of the Local Government Act 1999, to adopt the proposed amended Internal Reserve Community Land Management Plans (Colonel Light Gardens) for City of Mitcham.
Council is required to manage all Community Land in line with a Community Land Management Plan (CLMP). In Colonel Light Gardens, there is an added requirement in ensuring heritage is protected. We wish to understand the current and future use of the Internal Reserves by the local community. There are two CLMPs we wish to consult on. They are:
Internal Reserves C CLMP, and;
Portland Place Reserve CLMP
Following adoption, these CLMPs will replace any existing CLMPs for the parcel of Community Land they relate to.
