Proposed revocation of community land classification for
Allotment 102 Canberra Drive, Aberfoyle Park
Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 194(2)(b) of the Local Government Act 1999 that the City of Onkaparinga proposes to revoke the community land classification of Allotment 102 Canberra Drive, Aberfoyle Park for disposal on the open market.
The subject land is legally described as Allotment (Reserve) 102 in Deposited Plan 15786 comprised in Certificate of Title Volume 5539 Folio 349.
