PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT an application under Section 93 of the Heritage Act 2017 for a permit for internal and external demolition and construction works, including replacement of the roof deck balustrade, installation of a lift and construction of a pavilion and single car garage (all to the rear of the place) and new automated gates to the front driveway entrance, has been lodged with the Executive Director, Heritage Victoria.
