Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 237 of the Local Government Act 1999, that the following vehicles have been impounded by City of Port Adelaide Enfield: A black Jeep Cherokee S590ANN from The Parkway Klemzig, a white Hyundai hatch XAU931 from O’Loughlin St, Valley View and a blue Volkswagen Station Wagon S961COZ from Prince Ave, Blair Athol. Council has been unable to locate the registered owner of the vehicles. If the owners of the vehicle(s) does not, within 1 month after service or publication of the notice relating to the removal of the vehicle, take possession of the vehicle; and pay all expenses in connection with the removal, custody and maintenance of the vehicle and of serving, posting or publishing the notice, the council will take steps to sell or dispose of the vehicle in accordance with section 237 of the Local Government Act 1999.
