Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Trustee Act1936, The Succession Act 2023 and the Family Relationship Act 1975 that all creditors, beneficiaries and other persons having claims against the estate are required to send, in writing, to the Executor named below full particulars and proof of such claims, on or before the expiration of 1 calendar month from the date of publication of the advertisement otherwise they will be excluded from the distribution of the said estate and notice is also hereby given that all persons indebted to the said estate are required to pay the amount to the Executor named below or proceedings will be taken for the recovery thereof; and all persons having any property belonging to the said estate are forthwith to deliver the same to the Executor named below.
