“Beachlea Boathire” at Boatshed 8, Indented Head (Premises) is located on reserved Crown land managed by Bellarine Bayside Foreshore Committee of Management (Bellarine Bayside), appointed under the Crown Land (Reserves) Act 1978. The Premises is leased under Section 17D of the Act to Rodney Ludlow trading as Beachlea Boathire. This lease ends on 30 June 2025. Pursuant to the Leasing Policy for Victorian Crown Land, Bellarine Bayside intends to negotiate a new lease of 5 years with Mr Ludlow to continue to operate a boathire business, before the date the current lease expires. Through this Notice, Bellarine Bayside seeks feedback from the public in regard to this re-leasing proposal.
