Take Notice that Application having been made under the provisions of the above Act, for issue
of a Title by Possession in the name of ELFREIDE RUTH CHRISTODOULOU for the land
described as Lot 307 on CP C3281. I intend, two months after this publication, to proceed with
the issue of such Title. Any person desiring to oppose such issue must do so by lodging a
Caveat, as required by Section 104 of the ‘Land Title Act 1994’.
This notice is given in particular to EDWARD BROMFIELD CLARK AND ELFREIDE RUTH
CHRISTODOULOU as Registered Owner/s of the said land and all persons who claim an estate
or interest in that land derived through or under the said registered owner/s and to all other
persons claiming an estate or interest in the said land.
