Under the Cemeteries and Crematoria Act 2013 (Part 4, Section 52.4.b), Liverpool Cemetery gives notice of the possible revocation of unused grave interment rights, issued prior to 1 January 1970. In the event that the interment right holder/s of the unused graves cannot be identified or located, it is the cemetery’s intention to cancel the interment rights in these graves.
