Notice of land valuations and invitation to view the valuation display listing

New land valuations for 14 Queensland local government areas have been made by the Queensland, Valuer-General, Department of Natural Resources and Mines, Manufacturing and Regional and Rural Development. The 14 local government areas are Brisbane, Cairns, Cassowary Coast, Charters Towers, Logan, Murweh, Paroo, Quilpie, Rockhampton, Scenic Rim, South Burnett, Southern Downs, Toowoomba and Townsville.

Valuation notices will be issued to landowners by email and post from 27 March 2025.

They will be sent to the landowner’s last address provided for valuation purposes. If your address has changed, you can update your contact details online at https://www.qld.gov.au/landvaluationschangecontacts or by using the QR code below.

View the valuation roll display listing and find information about your land valuation online.

A printed copy of the valuation display list for each of the local government areas is also available for inspection (free of charge) during normal business hours from 27 March to 30 June 2025, details of which are specified on the valuation notice.

The new land valuations will take effect on 30 June 2025.
