OPPORTUNITY TO MAKE SUBMISSIONS
Pursuant to Section 123 of the Local Government Act 1999, Council has prepared a Draft Annual Business Plan and Budget which sets out matters that Council has identified for action in 2025-2026 consistent with Council’s long-term strategic objectives.
This Draft Annual Business Plan and Budget forms the basis of the 2025-2026 Budget and is publicly available with the opportunity to make submissions prior to Council finalising and adopting the final Business Plan and Budget.
Formal written submissions will be received at the Council Office 6 Richardson Place Roxby Downs, by mail at PO Box 124, Roxby Downs SA 5725 or by email roxby@roxbycouncil.com.au until 6.30pm Friday 16 May 2025.
Meet & Discuss sessions will be held at
These sessions provide an overview of the budget, with the opportunity to provide feedback.
Community members may also present written and verbal submissions at the Public Meeting to be held in the Council Boardroom, 6 Richardson Place, Roxby Downs; commencing @ 4:30pm for one hour on Wednesday 28 May 2025.
Copies of the Draft Annual Business Plan and Budget are available from the Council Office, 6 Richardson Place, Roxby Downs as well as Council’s website roxbydowns.sa.gov.au throughout the public consultation period.
