NATIONAL PARKS AND WILDLIFE ACT 1974 – PART 6 APPROVALS:

In recognition and respect for the role that Aboriginal people play in managing and protecting their cultural heritage and in accordance with Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Consultation Requirements for Proponents 2010, Freecity Rouse Hill Development Pty Ltd (c/o Simon Liang – Level 1, 8 Khartoum Road, Macquarie Park) and Archaeological Management and Consulting Group (AMAC), invite Aboriginal persons or organisations who hold cultural knowledge relevant to determining the cultural significance of Aboriginal object(s) and/or place(s) in the area of the proposed development, to register their interest in participating in the consultation process, regarding the Aboriginal cultural significance and archaeological assessment of the proposed development at an area of land located at 2-30 Tempus Street, Lot 19 DP280013, within the suburb of Rouse Hill (NSW 2155).


This will be carried out with the view to assist, Freecity Rouse Hill Development Pty Ltd in completing an Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Assessment and possible test excavation for the proposed development.


Registered parties will be included in the formal consultation process.
