NOTICE is given that the Recorder of Titles intends, after the expiration of fourteen days, to issue a new Certificate of Title pursuant to Section 35 of the Land Titles Act 1980 to replace Certificate of Title Volume 55071 Folio 62 in the name of LAWRENCE ATHOL PRIEST to the land situate in the City of CLARENCE which is declared to have been lost, mislaid or destroyed.
