I, Joshua Roland Burgoyne, Minister for Lands, Planning and Environment, under section 35(4 )(a) of the Heritage Act 2011, revoke the provisional declaration made by instrument entitled ‘Provisional Declaration of Heritage Places and Heritage Object’ dated 20 April 2021 and published in Gazette No. G17 of 28 April 2021, to the extent it relates to the Wreck Site of B25 Mitchell N5-156.
