Notice For Claims
Estate of Gregory Keith Woods, late of Bishop Davies Court, Kingston
Timothy Joseph Tierney and Tony Leonard Woods, as personal representatives of the estate, gives notice in accordance with section 25A of the Trustee Act 1898, that they intend to distribute the property subject to the estate among the persons entitled, and they require any person interested in the estate to send particulars of any claim to Tierney Law, GPO Box 16, Hobart 7001, on or before 10/5/2025. After that date they may distribute the estate, having regard only to claims of persons of which they then have notice, and without being liable for the estate so distributed to any person of whose claim they had no notice at the time of the distribution.
