Timothy Joseph Tierney and Luke Webb, as personal representative of the estate, gives notice in accordance with section 25A of the Trustee Act 1898:
they intend to distribute the property subject to the estate among the persons entitled to the estate, they require any person interested in the estate to send particulars of any claim in respect of the estate to Tierney Law, GPO Box 16, Hobart 7001, on or before 5/1/2025. After that date they may distribute the estate, having regard only to the claims of persons of which they then have notice, and without being liable for the estate so distributed to any person of whose claim they had no notice at the time of the distribution.
