NOTICE FOR CLAIMS
In the estate of EMELINE LUCINDA HAIGHT late of ATHERTON in Queensland and formerly of HOBART in Tasmania who died on 1 December 2024.
Notice to all creditors, next of kin and others having claims in respect of the property or estate of the deceased are required by the Executor, ABIGAIL AMANDA HAIGHT of c/- Paula Sutherland & Associates, 8 Gregory Street, Sandy Bay in Tasmania, to send particulars of their claim in writing to the Registrar of the Supreme Court of Tasmania, GPO Box 167, Hobart in Tasmania on or before 10 MAY 2025, after which date the Executor may distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which the Executor then has notice.
