NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an Application for an order vesting the land hereinafter described in KERRY LYNNE HUTCHINS and MICHAEL DON HUTCHINS (“the Applicants”) has been made under Section 138D of the Land Titles Act 1980 and that unless a caveat forbidding the granting of the application is lodged with the Recorder of Titles (134 Macquarie Street, Hobart TAS 7000) by person(s) having an estate or interest in the land, the Recorder may, after the expiration of 30 days from the posting of this notice, make and register a vesting order in favour of the Applicants.
