An Annual General Meeting of the Wangetti Aboriginal Land Trust (WALT) is to be held on Saturday 3 May 2025 at Cairns Harbourside Hotel, 209-217 The Esplanade, Cairns commencing at 9.00am – 1.00pm.
It is important that a quorum is achieved for this meeting in order for all discussions and decisions to be validated. As per the WALT constitution, rule 13.1 ’a quorum for all general meetings of the land trust is 6’ Members.
A number of issues will be discussed at this meeting, such as administrative arrangements, among other matters.
