Glamorgan Spring Bay Local Provisions Schedule
In accordance with s40Q of the Land Use Planning and Approvals Act 1993, notice is hereby given that planning scheme amendment AM2023-01 has been approved by the Tasmanian Planning Commission and a permit is granted under s42B(1)(c) of the Land Use Planning and Approvals Act 1993 for development application SA 2022-046.
The amendment came into effect on 21 January 2025.

DESCRIPTION: Apply the General Residential Zone to 155 Rheban Road, Orford (CT: 149641/2) and subdivide the land into 90 lots.
