Notice is hereby given that is my intention to apply to the Brighton Council for a licence to keep up to 10 dogs as pets and competition show dogs as a registered breeder at various times as required.
Namely Welsh Springer Spaniels, Fox Terriers and Dachshund's at my premises situated at 2 Merriworth Road Tea Tree (zoned rural).
Persons residing within 200 metres of the above premises may, within 14 days after the publication of this notice, object in writing to the General Manager of the Brighton Council stating their reasons of objection to the granting of the licence. Signed Rolf Hey.
