NOTICE OF INTENTION TO DISPOSE
OF PUBLIC LAND
2 Hance Road, Howrah
In accordance with section 178 of the Local Government Act 1993 the Clarence City Council gives notice of its intention to dispose of land at 2 Hance Road, Howrah in Tasmania to TasNetworks for the installation of a community battery.
A plan of the area is available at the Council offices and on the Council website https://www.ccc.tas.gov.au
Any objection to the proposed disposal of this public land may be made in writing to the Acting Chief Executive Officer, PO Box 96, Rosny Park, 7018 by no later than 1.00pm on Wednesday, 9th October 2024.
