NOTICE OF PROPOSED TERMINATION OF COMMUNITY TITLE SCHEME

The owners of Neighbourhood Association DP285689 unanimously resolved on 1st April 2022 to terminate the current Neighbourhood Plan DP285689 and extinguish the current Neighbourhood Scheme.

The properties within the Neighbourhood Scheme are located at 284A-284F Commercial Road, Vineyard NSW 2765.

Any person having any claim against the Neighbourhood Association or any estate or interest in or claim against any of the lots comprised in the Neighbourhood Scheme are required, on or before 30th December 2024, to send particulars of the estate, interest or claim to: The Neighbourhood Association DP285689, PO Box 7385, Baulkham Hills BC NSW 2153.

It is intended that an application is made to the NSW Land Registry Services to give effect to the termination of the current Neighbourhood Plan.
