Notice of Removal of Property

Description of property: 7.4 m white Top Hat Mark 1 fibreglass sailing boat displaying registration AYX47Q (the Property).
The Gold Coast Waterways Authority (the Authority) found the Property in the Broadwater near Biggera Waters on 5 February 2025.
The Authority moved the Property to a secure mooring at the Queensland Government building at 40-44 Seaworld Drive, Main Beach.
A person may claim the Property if the person satisfies the Authority of ownership and pays all expenses incurred by the Authority in dealing with the Property within 28 days of this notice.
If a person does not claim the Property and pay all expenses within 28 days of this notice, the Authority may sell the Property by public auction or otherwise dispose of it.
