NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR COLLECTION OF GOODS

Section 5 of the Act

NOTICE is given:

1. That the registered proprietors of 12 Coral Crescent Island Beach SA 5222 is in possession of the following goods:
   1. Toyota Prado Reg. WNC954
   2. Holden Astra Reg. S130BIU
   3. Holden Commodore Reg. WPD 984
   4. Timber dressers
   5. Various household items and electrical items not tested to be operable.

1. That any person as may be the owner of the above goods, is requested to collect the goods within 42 days of the date of this Notice.
   
2. That the goods are available for collection at 12 Coral Crescent Island Beach SA 5222 on 21^st January 2025 between the hours of 1pm and 3pm.
   
3. That if the goods are not collected by the due date, the bailee may, after three months, proceed to sell or dispose of the goods in accordance with the Unclaimed Goods Act 1987.

That if the goods are not collected on 21^st January 2025, the Bailee may without further notice may proceed to sell the goods by public auction.
